Role Description The Operations & Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, ensure administrative efficiency, and provide excellent support for internal and external stakeholders.Manage end-to-end hiring: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboardingWork with leadership to understand hiring needs and prioritiesConduct initial candidate screenings and maintain hiring pipelineOversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflowManage office supplies, vendors, facilities, and general maintenanceCoordinate meetings, travel, and office logisticsSupervise and support office staff and ensure team coordinationTrack attendance, leaves, and maintain basic staff recordsHandle day-to-day staff issues and support a positive work environmentMaintain internal documentation and operational recordsCoordinate with accounts/payroll as neededSupport leadership with operational tasks, reporting, and team productivity Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to interact effectively with team members and clientsExperience with Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including managing schedules, documentation, and office workflowsProficiency in operating and maintaining Office Equipment and toolsExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred, but not required)Experience in operations or office management roles is a plus
