Role DescriptionThe ESG Executive will oversee and manage the development and implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies and initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include performing ESG and sustainability assessments, preparing and reporting sustainability metrics in alignment with frameworks like GRI, CDP, BRSR, and EcoVadis, and conducting in-depth environmental and social risk assessments. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and clients to identify improvement opportunities and support stakeholders in meeting regulatory and compliance requirements. The ESG Executive will also contribute to awareness and training sessions related to sustainability and ESG standards. QualificationsBasic knowledge in ESG frameworks and reporting, including GRI, CDP, BRSR, EcoVadis, and sustainability assessment toolsStrong skills in data analysis, research, and preparing reportsKnowledge of environmental compliance, risk management, and regulatory standardsEffective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in project management and teamwork, with the ability to meet timelinesMinimum bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related disciplineRelevant experience in ESG, sustainability, or compliance Familiarity with industry-specific standards, ISO frameworks, and customer-specific compliance is an advantage
