We are PE backed and are scaling for an eventual IPO.Company website : Description: Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business goals, ensuring timely execution and launch.Establish KPIs for product development and post-launch performance, monitoring and reporting on progress regularly to stakeholdersIdentify market trends and customer needs to develop high-impact features.Optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.Improve UI/UX for better engagement and usability.Implement marketing automation and CRM strategies for lifecycle management.Utilize analytics (PowerBI, SQL) to track performance and drive data-backed decisions.Thorough documentation of processes, workflows, and product requirements by creating and maintaining detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and other related documentation.Determining improvements to product features.Enhance mobile/web product performance and usability.Educational Qualifications : Bachelors/ Masters/ Post GraduationExperience : 5-8 years of experienceLocation : Kalina, Santacruz East, MumbaiInterested candidates, kindly share your CV to or 9088292020
