We're a continuous, fully automated oleo-chemical refinery based in Bhilwara, Rajasthan with a yearly production capacity of 16,000 MTs. We were established in 2021, and commenced operations from 2023 January. Currently HR work is mostly seen by the owner, along with administrative staff. We're looking for someone to establish & lead the HR Department. Looking for someone who's dynamic enough to establish and drive the HR department further, to improve staff welfare, deal with staff disputes, undertake hiring and help the staff maximise the most out of their potential . Looking for someone with the right blend of motivation & experience, and wants to grow further in his career. Regular shift for HR Manager would be 10 Hours, 26 Days a month. Accommodation is in company's scope in a colony 2 Kms from the factory, with supermarket, restaurants & shops for all daily essentials and transport nearby.
