This is a field-intensive role requiring consistent on-ground presence and effective team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Manage and strengthen distributor relationships to drive business growth Oversee primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory Drive penetration in wholesale and retail markets Execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to enhance coverage and visibility Spend 5–6 hours in the market daily, 5 days a week, ensuring execution excellence Monitor stock levels, billing efficiency, and distributor performance Identify and develop new business opportunities and channels Ensure effective implementation of merchandising and promotional activities Track competitor activities and provide market insights Team Management: Lead and manage a team of field sales executives Drive team performance to achieve sales targets Conduct regular market visits and performance reviews Candidate Requirements: 5–7 years of experience in FMCG, Beverages, or CPG industry 3–4 years of experience in team handling roles Prior experience in managing the assigned territory or similar markets is essential Strong understanding of distributor handling and wholesale market dynamics Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Willingness to work in a field-driven, market-facing role Additional Criteria: Open to relocation, provided the candidate has relevant territory exposure Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Key Skills: Distributor Management Sales Execution & Planning Team Leadership Market Development GTM Strategy Relationship Management
