Role Overview We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant (EA). We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support executive leadership. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing schedules, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage executive leadership calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries Support customer and partner engagement activities Track and manage expenses and related documentation Assist with people operations and workplace management tasks Ensure efficient communication and coordination across teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business, or related field; MBA in Business preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 productivity tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Proficiency in Tamil and Hindi is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach Familiarity with administrative tools and office software Job Location - Pondicherry
