Job Description -Shift - 2.00 to 10.30 pm ETL / SSIS QA Engineer We are looking for an experienced ETL / SSIS QA Engineer to support IMS Fund Reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience testing and validating ETL solutions built using SSIS and SQL Server, with a proven ability to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance in a financial or fund reporting environment. Key Responsibilities Review ETL design documents, source-to-target mappings, and business requirements for fund reporting data Design, develop, and execute ETL test plans and test cases for SSIS packages.Perform end-to-end testing of ETL workflows, including data extraction, transformation, and load validation Validate SSIS packages by performing source-to-target data reconciliation, row counts, aggregations, and business rule checks Write and execute complex T-SQL queries to validate ETL outputs, transformations, and reporting datasets.Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of fund reporting data Identify, document, and track data defects, ETL issues, and discrepancies through resolution Perform regression testing for ETL enhancements, fixes, and production releases.Validate error handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms in ETL processes Support production deployments, post-release validation, and root cause analysis of data issues Collaborate closely with ETL developers, reporting teams, and business users to clarify requirements and resolve issues Ensure ETL solutions comply with audit, control, and data governance requirements Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in ETL / Data QA, SSIS testing, or similar data validation roles Strong hands-on experience testing SSIS packages, including data flows, control flows, and transformations Advanced T-SQL skills, including: Writing complex validation queries Data reconciliation and comparison logic Performance and volume testing support.Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and fund reporting data flows. Experience validating large datasets and complex financial data transformations Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and strong data validation mindset Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience in Fund Accounting, Fund Reporting, or Financial Services Exposure to data quality frameworks, audit controls, or regulatory reportingMandatory Skills - ETL Testing, SSIS and SQL
