At AlrightTV, we're building an OTT platform for Hindi-speaking India. Original vertical series, global dramas, a product that feels like it was made for this country and not imported from somewhere else. Dark UI, fast, emotional. Built for the phone in your hand. The Role :Product Designer - App Team Delhi, In-office · Mid-level 3–5 years You'll bridge the gap between human emotion and digital functionality. That means you're not just maintaining a design system - you're creating interactive experiences that make people feel something when they open the app. You'll work directly with product and engineering. No design manager above you. Your taste, your calls. You’re Good At Translating user behaviour into UI that feels inevitable, not designed Building and owning design systems, not just using them High-fidelity output that engineers can actually ship without a follow-up call Figma at a depth that would embarrass most people - variables, components, prototyping Designing for mobile first, and knowing when to break the rules You’ve Probably :Shipped on a consumer app people actually use - OTT, social, gaming, content Built or significantly contributed to a component library Worked somewhere that moved fast and figured things out as they went You Don’t Need To Be :A motion designer. But if you have a feel for how transitions and timing change the way a product feels - that'll show.
