For more information, visit Position: Technical Lead – Salesforce Consumer Goods CloudLocation: Hyderabad/GurugramExperience: 12+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-time Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) to lead technical design, development, and implementation of solutions tailored for the retail and consumer goods industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visit management, retail execution, and Salesforce platform architecture, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud projects.Design and implement solutions for retail execution, visit planning, and field rep productivity.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.Integrate Salesforce CGC with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.Conduct performance tuning, security reviews, and ensure compliance with Salesforce guidelines.Mentor and manage developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.Stay updated on Salesforce releases and Consumer Goods Cloud enhancements. Required Skills & QualificationsTotal Experience: 12+ years in IT, with at least 3 years in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.Strong understanding of Consumer Goods Cloud features.Hands-on experience with Visit Management, Retail Store Audits, and Order Capture.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.Experience with Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Integration Patterns.Knowledge of Retail Execution KPIs and Consumer Goods industry processes.Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional, or equivalent is highly desirable.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
