Job Title: Packaging Field Service Engineer (FSE) – Filling Machine Installation TeamLocation: LibyaExperience: 3–5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Packaging Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join our Filling Machine Installation Team in Libya. The role focuses on field installation, commissioning, and integration of advanced filling and packaging equipment, ensuring reliable performance across complete production lines.You will work under FSE/specialist leadership to execute installation activities, equipment setup, testing, and integration with upstream and downstream systems in a dynamic site environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport installation and commissioning of filling and packaging machines under specialist/FSE leadership Perform machine leveling, alignment, and change parts setup as per technical specifications Execute dry and wet commissioning runs to validate machine performance Carry out integration checks with upstream and downstream equipment for full line synchronization Install, test, and troubleshoot Tetra Pak filling and packaging systems on-site Work on equipment such as fillers, cappers, conveyors, and tray shrink systems Diagnose technical issues during installation and commissioning and provide effective solutions Ensure accurate interpretation of electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth site execution Ensure compliance with safety standards and installation procedures at all times Supported Equipment Experience (Preferred)TP A3 Speed TP A3 Flex with DimC application CBP30 Speed, CBP34 SA30 Capper 40 Flex Line Controller 40 Tray Shrink systems Strong knowledge of filling and distribution systems Technical SkillsMandatory experience with Rockwell (Allen-Bradley) PLC systems Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical engineering drawings Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and field troubleshooting of packaging equipment EducationDegree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service orientation Ability to work independently and under pressure in field conditions Strong teamwork and collaboration skills High level of accountability and ownership Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on advanced global packaging technologies Exposure to complex international installation projects in Libya Hands-on experience with industry-leading filling and packaging systems Strong technical learning and career growth opportunities
