Job Title: VMS & Recruitment Operations SpecialistLocation: NoidaShift: EST ShiftExperience: 3–6 YearsRole SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented VMS & Recruitment Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end VMS operations in a fast-paced staffing environment. This role will act as the operational backbone between Delivery, Recruiters, Account Managers, and MSP/VMS platforms—ensuring speed, accuracy, and zero-miss execution across the recruitment lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesVMS Operations & OwnershipMonitor VMS portals for new job postings, updates, interview requests, and feedbackEnsure immediate communication of new requisitions to recruitment teamsAssign and manage requisitions in ATS (JobDiva)Submit candidates with speed and accuracy while tracking submission limitsCoordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback trackingManage onboarding workflows and ensure all compliance requirements are metTimesheet & Contractor ManagementEnsure 100% weekly timesheet complianceTrack and resolve missing or rejected timesheetsHandle contractor onboarding issues and queriesManage contract extensions and approvals within VMS platformsReporting & AnalyticsGenerate and maintain recruiter performance reportsTrack account-level delivery metrics and submission performanceProvide actionable insights to improve efficiency and outputData Management & ATS GovernanceMaintain data accuracy between ATS and VMS systemsAudit candidate submissions and records regularlyBuild and maintain trackers, templates, and process documentationEnsure complete pipeline visibility and data hygieneRequired Experience & Skills3–6 years of experience in staffing operations, MSP, or VMS coordinationHands-on experience with at least one major VMS platformPrior experience in a staffing agency environment preferredStrong proficiency in Excel (reporting & tracking)Experience with ATS tools (JobDiva, Bullhorn, CEIPAL, etc.)Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-focusedAbility to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environmentsTools & PlatformsATS: JobDivaVMS: SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, VNDLY / WorkdayMS Office: Excel, Teams, Outlook, OneNoteIf interested, drop your updated resume at
