The role focuses on ensuring smooth order processing, timely dispatches, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement in delivery performance and RTO reduction.Order & Fulfilment ManagementManage daily order processing across D2C platforms.Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.Monitor and maintain SLAs, fill rates, order accuracy, and delivery timelines. Inventory & System Sync.Ensure real-time inventory synchronization between ERP systems and D2C platforms.Track stock movement, prevent overselling, and support demand planning and replenishment.Coordinate closely with supply chain and planning teams. RTO & Exception HandlingMonitor RTO, cancellations, and delivery-related exceptions.Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions to reduce RTO percentages.Handle customer escalations related to order fulfilment and delivery.
