Job Title: Counsellor – Hospitality & Soft Skills Experience - 1+ YearLocations: Jaipur/Rohini/Faridabad/Indore/Pune** Preferred Hospitality and aviation domain candidates only **About the RoleThe Counsellor – Hospitality & Soft Skills will be responsible for providing face-to-face counselling to prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward suitable hospitality and soft skills training programs. The role requires converting student enquiries and walk-ins into confirmed admissions while delivering a positive counselling experience.Since the average program fee is approximately ₹4 Lakhs, the role includes a strong consultative sales component focused on admissions conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counselling & AdmissionsConduct in-person counselling sessions for walk-in students and scheduled appointments.Understand student career aspirations and recommend suitable hospitality and soft skills programs.Convert enquiries and walk-ins into confirmed admissions.Program Explanation & GuidanceClearly explain course structure, duration, fees, certification, and career outcomes.Assess student eligibility, suitability, and career alignment with the program.Lead Management & Follow-upsManage and track assigned leads through CRM/MIS systems.Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, messages, or meetings to ensure conversions.Parent & Stakeholder InteractionEngage with parents and guardians to address concerns and build trust in the program.Provide transparent information regarding career opportunities and placements.Admissions Process & DocumentationAssist students in filling application forms and completing documentation.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth enrolment and admission confirmation.Reporting & ComplianceMaintain accurate records of counselling sessions, leads, and admissions.Ensure adherence to organizational policies, SOPs, and reporting structures.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in any discipline.1–5 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, or education sales.Experience in student counselling, EdTech, training institutes, or education services is preferred.Key SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to counsel, guide, and influence students and parentsSales and conversion skills for admissionsLead management and follow-up disciplineAbility to work in a target-driven environment
