VersionAbsolute's portfolio showcases its expertise, including LEED Gold and IGBC Gold-rated buildings.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Mid Level Architect based in New Delhi. The role involves designing and managing architectural and interior projects, developing detailed plans, ensuring project integration, and overseeing the project lifecycle. The Architect will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver innovative design solutions adhering to timelines and project requirements.QualificationsProficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong design portfolio showcasing relevant experience.4+ years of experience post completion of training, working on retail, industrial and hospitality architecture and interior design projects.Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and managing project deliverables effectively.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in design and rendering tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent software is required.Use of Solidworks, Rhino or other 3D modelling /parametric programs a plus.Plan and program layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.Prepare detailed specifications and Bill of Quantities required for projects.Supervise site works and coordinate with contractors and vendors.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.Familiarity with sustainable design principles and certifications such as LEED or IGBC is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse interdisciplinary teams to deliver tailored solutions.
