Time and Venue28 April, 2 PM - 3.00 PMADP Hyderabad ADP Private Limited ADP Boulevard, Survey No:88/AA and 88/E, Nanakramguda Village, Serilingamapally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District Hyderabad, Telengana - 500008TECHNICAL CONSULTANT, WORKFORCE SOFTWARE Responsibilities: o Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications required toperform the roleo Continue to Learn WFS product configuration requirements (i.e., namingconventions, importing templates, database structure, customizations, propersequencing)o Responsible for configuring WFS Suite according to customer business requirementsusing JavaScript, HTML, SQL or other scripting tools.o Handle complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges withminimal assistanceo Communicate roadblocks and see out guidance in a timely mannero Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skillso Perform unit and system testing of configured application to ensure test cases passas described by customer requirementso Identify and escalate out of scope requirements to key stakeholderso Support the confirmation and refinement of customer business requirements withkey stakeholderso Responsible for participating and eventually leading, in the gathering andidentifying customer business requirements from users, customers, and otherstakeholders. This includes creating, maintaining business requirement documents,noticeable use cases and process diagrams.o Understand project scope and implementation approach for assigned projectso Learn how to estimate work effort and communicate with key stakeholders on theprojecto Participate in facilitation of client workshops either onsite or remotelydemonstrating understanding in best practices during the implementation ofWorkforce Management Softwareo Deliver projects and tasks on time and within budget by effectively managingworkloado Attend and participate in team meetingso Follow established processes and best practices to continuously improve skillso Provide project status updates to key stakeholders both internally and externallyo Partner with internal teams during project phases to ensure successful customerimplementationo Collaborate with the WFS team to ensure thorough testing of the customers’requirementso Assist with roll-out and go-live activities, including data migration and system setupo Become familiar with aspects of labor laws as it pertains to time and attendancerules, scheduling and leaves of absences.o Proactively participate in training courses and engage in self-directed learning toacquire the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve success and contribute to theteam's objectiveso Understand the customer needs in the development of strategic planso Troubleshoot issues and escalate problems to appropriate team memberso Maintain accurate and timely records of billable and non-billable hours to ensureproject profitability and meet utilization targetso Ensure adherence to WorkForce Software's established documentation standardsand methodologieso Identify opportunities to improve our product offerings based on customer feedback.o Manage Customer expectations with relevant communication during key phases ofthe project life cycleo Document and communicate out of scope requirements and delays to the appropriateteam memberso Estimate work effort and communicate with Project Managers, customers and otherkey stakeholders regarding project statuso Investigate issues reported during customer testing phases, including tracking andreporting defectso Mentor junior team membersRequirements:✓ 2-4 Years experience in software implementations✓ Minimum 2 years’ experience with programming language, preferably JavaScriptand/or SQL✓ Demonstrated knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML or other scripting tools✓ Experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highlycomplex internally developed application✓ Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel✓ Understand waterfall and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in aservices delivery role✓ Entrepreneurial mindset required, as the role requires capability of rapidly shiftingfocus and responding to ever-changing conditions✓ Strong communication skills both written and verbal✓ Possesses basic problem-solving skills✓ Experience or ability to read/write SQL and write simple queries✓ Knowledgeable of and understand common implementation principles and lifecycle✓ Capability to exercise mature judgement✓ Demonstrates technical aptitude to learn quickly and adapts to new circumstances✓ Ability to work on a dynamic, customer-focused team and establish excellentworking relationships✓ Demonstrates a strong desire to grow functionally and technically as a professionalconsultant✓ Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management, considereda bonus✓ Logical and technical mindset that can analyze problems and identify root causes✓ Awareness of HCM applications and business processes✓ Experience providing application support for complex software systems, preferred✓ Programming experience utilizing JavaScript, C#, C++ or 4GL✓ Familiarity with a report writer such as crystal reports, Cognos, actuate, etc.✓ SQL report creation experience, preferred✓ Work flexible hours✓ All other duties as assignedEducation:➢ Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.
