This role plays a critical part in driving value-based solutioning, supporting enterprise sales, and delivering compliant, customer-centric solutions for regulated pharmaceutical environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to prospective and existing customersUnderstand customer business, technical, and regulatory requirements and design optimized functional and technical solutionsProactively identify met and unmet customer needs and recommend solutions that maximize business valueCollaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Global Delivery teams to align solution design with customer expectationsSupport preparation of URS, RFP responses, solution proposals, and compliance documentationWork with the Product team to provide market insights and customer feedback contributing to the product roadmapRepresent EPIQ / Caliber at industry conferences, marketing forums, networking events, and partner meetingsPre-requisites / Experience5+ years of experience in a Presales, Solution Consulting, or Business Analyst role involving software solutions for the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domainMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience within the Pharma industry, preferably in Quality, Compliance, or regulated environmentsExperience working with enterprise applications such as QMS, SAP, LIMS, or similar pharma systemsStrong understanding of pharmaceutical business processes, quality control operations, and end-to-end solution lifecycleIn-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and industry best practicesWillingness to travel 30–40% to customer locationsEducationGraduation in a Pharma-related domain (preferred)Post-graduation in Marketing & Sales (good to have)Skills & CompetenciesStrong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositionsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environmentWhy Join Caliber?Work with enterprise-grade pharma solutions in highly regulated environmentsPlay a key role in customer engagement and business growthExposure to global customers and industry-leading practicesCollaborative culture with opportunities for learning, growth, and leadership
