Dedicated to fostering a thriving online trade ecosystem, IndustryBuying connects buyers and sellers to drive growth and efficiency in the B2B marketplace.Role DescriptionAs Senior Manager - Finance, you will be expected to manage the Financial Controlling of the Company & assist in commercial finance areas such as forecasting, budgeting, cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance.This role will grow to Financial Controller role in 1 to 2 years, depending on candidates performance.This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area (MG Road, Near Gurgaon Border) for a Senior Manager - Finance. The Senior Manager will oversee and lead financial controlling, accounting and financial analysis. Duties and responsibilities:Key responsibilities include managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting & tax regulations, developing financial strategies, and optimizing cost management. The role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive financial goals and provide strategic decision-making support to senior leadership.Preparation & Closing of Monthly closing of books of accounts including MIS, Cash Flow & analysis of monthly financial performance.Identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements.Managing all the required financial compliances related to GST, TDS & other statutory requirements.Working on new projects covering various financial aspectsHandle banking relationships and finding improvement opportunitiesOversee the External /Internal Audit, review and analyze resultsEnsure the compliance/documentation requirement for all laws like Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST.Oversee the continuous improvement of Accounting and Financial Processes on new updatesResponsible for Collections/Accounts receivables.Handle complete end to end P2P process, responsible for vendor compliance and drive credit with vendorsStreamline inventory movement process PAN India, ensure lean inventory management, optimize inventory plansSalary Range - Rs.15 to 20 lakhs per annum.QualificationsQualified CA with a proven track record of at least 8 years in a financial reporting & management roleProficiency in financial accounting & financial planning & analysis.Competence in financial & GST reporting, Company performance analysis, and regulatory complianceStrong leadership, strategic decision-making, and team management skillsAdvanced knowledge of accounting principles and cost optimizationExcellent communication and analytical skillsProblem solving, ownership at work & team management skills is a must.Proficiency in financial software (In depth knowledge of Tally is a must) and other toolsKnowledge & experience of using AI tools for finance, will be a plus.
