Role DescriptionThe Pre Primary Coordinator will oversee and lead the pre-primary department, ensuring a holistic educational experience for young learners. Responsibilities include designing and implementing effective curriculum strategies, managing day-to-day classroom activities, mentoring teachers, and fostering a positive learning environment. The coordinator will collaborate with staff and parents to ensure the development and well-being of students while maintaining academic standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bally Jagachha. QualificationsStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to guide and support the pre-primary team. In-depth knowledge of pre-primary curriculum frameworks, teaching techniques, and child development best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills for liaising with teachers, parents, and school stakeholders. Proficiency in creating lesson plans, classroom management strategies, and fostering positive learning environments. Ability to mentor and train teaching staff to enhance the quality of education within the department. Experience in using educational tools and technology to support teaching and learning. Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a specialization in Early Childhood Education. Prior experience as an educator or coordinator in pre-primary education is advantageous.Experience:5+ as a Pre-Primary Teacher. 3+ as Pre-Primary Coordinator.
