Dear Applicants,One of our well know Aerospace Manufacturing Client is looking for Mid Senior level Tax & Regulatory complaince officer role. Please find the below details.Title: Compliance Officer – Direct & Indirect Tax / Regulatory Compliance, reporting to CFO, based at Balanagar (Hyderabad).Purpose: Ensure full statutory compliance on Income Tax (incl. Transfer Pricing), GST, Export Oriented Unit (EOU) regulations and related government regulations for a manufacturing business.Scope: End‑to‑end handling of returns, audits, departmental notices and coordination with consultants and government authorities.Key responsibilitiesDirect tax: Income tax return filing, advance tax, TDS/TCS deduction and returns, reconciling with books, handling scrutiny assessments, notices, appeals and supporting tax/statutory audit.Transfer pricing: Maintaining TP documentation (TP study), monitoring international and specified domestic transactions, filing Form 3CEB, supporting TP audits/assessments and ensuring arm’s length pricing documentation.GST: Filing GSTR‑1, 3B, 9 etc., ITC reconciliation, correct classification of goods/services for manufacturing and exports, handling GST audits/notices/assessments, export LUT/Bond and refunds, and coordination with logistics, procurement and sales on documentation.EOU: Compliance with Foreign Trade Policy for EOU, maintaining duty‑free import records, monitoring NFE obligations, filing Form A/QPR/APR with Development Commissioner and Customs, maintaining bond registers/inventory/export docs, and LOP/Green Card renewals.Required profileQualification in JD: MBA (Finance) / with strong taxation experience or CA with strong hands‑on experience.Experience: 6–10 years in taxation and regulatory compliance, with mandatory manufacturing industry background, EOU/export experience highly preferred, and working knowledge of SAP.Must have skills : Strong hands‑on in direct tax (ITR, TDS/TCS, assessments),Solid transfer pricing (Form 3CEB, TP study, AE transactions),Practical GST working for manufacturing/export operations,Clear experience in EOU/SEZ/FTZ/export compliance and coordination with customs/Development Commissioner.
