This full-time role, based on-site at the Pune Division, involves managing incubation programs, coordinating mentorship sessions, providing guidance on legal and technical support, and assisting in business strategy development. The Incubation Coordinator will also facilitate connections between startups and potential investors, as well as guide entrepreneurs in developing and executing their business models. A proactive approach, passion for entrepreneur development, and exceptional organizational skills are key.Qualifications* Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills* Knowledge in business strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation processes* Experience in managing incubation programs, startups, and mentoring processes* Ability to coordinate with stakeholders, including investors, mentors, and students* Familiarity with legal and technical aspects of business operations* Capability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools* Prior experience in startup ecosystems or entrepreneurship education is an advantage* MBA in Operations, Marketing, Sales, or Entrepreneurship freshers or candidates with 2+ years of experience can apply
