Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Yardi Functional Consultant with hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in end-to-end Yardi implementations, process transformation, and large-scale data migrations within the UAE/GCC real estate and property management sector.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Yardi implementations and transformation programs for enterprise clientsManage full project lifecycle: scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, risk mitigation, and closureDrive Business Process Reviews (BPR) to align Yardi solutions with business objectives and workflowsExecute large-scale data migrations from legacy systems ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation, and audit readinessConfigure system setup including chart of accounts, property hierarchies, user security, and workflowsConduct training sessions for end-users across leasing and finance teamsProvide post go-live support, troubleshooting, and system enhancementsManage cross-functional delivery teams and coordinate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.Required Yardi Modules ExpertiseYardi Elevate and Yardi VoyagerCommercial Leasing and Residential Leasing modulesFinance modules: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL)Work Order, Fixed Assets, and Inspection modulesRequired Experience:Total Experience: Minimum 5years in ERP consulting, enterprise systems implementation, or property management softwareYardi Experience: Minimum 4 years working with Yardi Voyager (International) including full-cycle implementations and migrationsRegional Experience: UAE/GCC market experience preferred
