Role: Nexthink AdministratorExperience10+ years of overall IT experience4+ years of hands-on Nexthink administration experiencePrimary ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support the Nexthink platform (collectors, portal, access management)Monitor Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and endpoint healthCreate and maintain dashboards, investigations, and reportsUse Nexthink insights to support incident, problem, and CSI activitiesBuild and maintain automation and Remote Actions for self-healing scenariosSupport Service Desk and Workspace teams with proactive issue detectionIntegrate Nexthink with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)Key SkillsNexthink administration (dashboards, investigations, alerts, Remote Actions)Windows endpoint environments (Windows 10/11)Endpoint management exposure (Intune / SCCM / Jamf preferred)PowerShell or basic scripting for automationStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsRole PurposeImprove end-user experience through proactive monitoringReduce incident volumes via automation and self-healingEnable data-driven decision-making for Workspace and IT operations teams
