About the Role: We are looking for passionate and technically strong Technology Solutions & Engineering (TSE) professionals to design, develop, and deliver innovative telecom and network solutions. This is a customer-facing, solution-driven role involving engineering, solution design across telecom, surveillance, and networking domains. Key Responsibilities: • Understand customer requirements and propose optimal technical solutions • Engage with customers to design end-to-end solutions • Prepare solution architecture, BOM/BOQ, drawings, FDS, DBM and technical documents • Support tendering, bid management and costing activities • Address technical queries from customers and partners • Coordinate with vendors, logistics and cross-functional teams • Conduct testing and evaluation of solutions • Mentor junior engineers (for senior roles) • Ensure compliance with QMS, HSE and ISO standards Technical Skills: • Optical fiber transmission systems • Networking & Ethernet • Surveillance systems (CCTV, Perimeter Intrusion Detection) • Access Control System, PBX, PAGA • Radio & wireless communication • System design and documentation Qualifications & Experience: • B.E / M.E in Electronics, Electrical or Telecommunication • Engineer: 3–11 years
