Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role located in Noida. The Tele Caller will handle customer inquiries, conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, and follow up on leads. Key responsibilities include maintaining a database of clients, understanding their property requirements, and promoting relevant real estate listings. The role also involves coordinating appointments, assisting with customer documentation, and ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the sales team to support client conversions is also a critical aspect of this position. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients. Experience with telecalling, inbound and outbound client calls, and lead conversion. Proficiency in customer relationship management and maintaining client databases. Familiarity with the real estate market and a passion for sales and client engagement. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-based environment. Proficiency in using basic office tools and technology, such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. An enthusiastic and motivated attitude with a customer-first approach; fluency in Hindi and English is desirable. Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is advantageous. m
