We believe that restorative rest should be simple, natural, and drug-free - and that it's time to ditch the negative stigmas around healthy habits like napping and sleeping-in for a calmer, more collected world.ResponsibilitiesManaging & Updating financial records in QuickBooks (Bills, Invoices, Bank Entries)Close the books of account periodically (by the 20th of each month)Perform GAAP-compliant revenue and expense matchingMaintain and update inventory tracking using Google SheetsComplete account reconciliations and assist with financial reportingAssist with other accounting/audit-related tasks as assignedWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of accounting experience (e-commerce experience mandatory)Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Google SheetsStrong understanding of GAAP principlesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills
