Posting Title: Surgical Oncology Industry: Health Care Salary: ₹5LPM to 6LPM Work Experience: 3+ years Responsibilities: Perform complex oncologic surgeries including tumor resection, lymph node dissection, and radical resections for GI cancers, breast cancer, head and neck cancers, and soft tissue sarcomas. Lead pre-operative assessment, surgical planning, and post-operative management of oncology patients in coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Conduct minimally invasive and open surgical procedures with emphasis on oncologic clearance, functional preservation, and aesthetic outcomes. Participate in tumor board meetings to contribute surgical insights and guide treatment strategies for complex cancer cases. Maintain accurate surgical documentation, ensure compliance with clinical protocols, and adhere to patient safety and quality standards. Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to audit and outcome tracking for surgical oncology procedures. Mentor and supervise junior surgical residents, fellows, and medical staff in oncologic surgical techniques and patient care. Stay current with advancements in surgical oncology through research, publications, and participation in national/international conferences. Support clinical research and trial participation related to surgical interventions in cancer care.
