Posting Title: ICU Incharge Industry: Health Care Salary: ₹2 LPM TO 2.5 LPM Work Experience: 0-2 year Supervise and coordinate the clinical activities of the ICU team, including nurses, technicians, and support staff. Monitor and manage patient care plans for critically ill individuals, ensuring timely interventions and adherence to treatment protocols. Conduct regular rounds to assess patient conditions, review vital signs, and collaborate with attending physicians on care adjustments. Ensure strict compliance with hospital policies, infection control procedures, and regulatory standards (e.g., NABH, NABL). Oversee the maintenance and readiness of ICU equipment, including ventilators, monitors, and emergency supplies. Facilitate effective communication between medical teams, patients’ families, and other departments during critical incidents. Lead shift handovers and maintain accurate, real-time documentation in patient records and incident logs. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, incident reporting, and root cause analysis for adverse events. Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior nursing staff and new hires in ICU procedures and protocols. Respond promptly to emergencies and critical alerts, ensuring rapid deployment of resources and personnel.
