Company DescriptionWe are hiring for our reputed Living Space-Roshira living LLP Role Description:Core Responsibilities:* Sales & Strategy: Own the sales funnel and drive project closures through logical, trusted sales pitches and client meetings.* Design Leadership: Lead the quality and accuracy of all design deliverables, staying current with industry trends to provide expert advice.* Project Management: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including responsibility for the customer experience and the creation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ).* Client Collaboration: Communicate regularly with clients to assess needs, present designs, and adjust approaches based on feedback.* Coordination: Act as the primary link between the client and internal/external agencies to ensure seamless execution.Requirements & Expertise:* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a proven track record of delivering 5 to 6 residential projects.* Education: A Graduation or relevant Diploma (minimum 15 years of academic education).* Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design tools such as AutoCAD and PPT for presentations.* Design Depth: Expertise in conceptual design (moodboards, layouts), technical design (drawings, materials), and modular design (functionality, module planning).* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with civil works, services, specifications, and installation details.* Soft Skills: A result-oriented mindset, strong teamwork ethics, and the ability to drive performance through crisp, meaningful communication.Required qualification :* SketchUp – 3D modeling (layouts, modular detailing, space planning) • AutoCAD – 2D drawings & working drawings • MS Excel – BOQ & costing (basic level)Good to Have: • 3ds Max • Photoshop • Enscape / Lumion
