Job Title

This role is to support build and unit test of o9 solutions for strategic projects using o9 platform. The must have requirement for this role is a proven track record designing and supporting o9 solutions. He/she should have thorough understanding of Planning processes along with Order-to-Cash and Finance touch points. Project Requirements:Collaborate with ELC Solution/Technical Architects to understand business requirements. Configure o9solutions. Discuss with ELC Architects to get alignment before developing and configuring solutions.Develop test scenarios for the o9 solutions and participate in testing of new functionality to prepare for Hypercare.Work with ELC Architects on the technical design of data integration.Design and automate the data loading process with intelligent checks and balances for sustained value delivery.Perform regression testing on all monthly/Quarterly releases Resource Experience Requirements:At least 3 years’ experience of designing and supporting o9 solutionsLiaison with o9 Functional team to setup non-Prod test tenantsProvide access to users in test tenantsSupport project related o9 changes and KT changes to the o9 Customer Success team during hyper careCoordinate with the o9 DevOps team to resolve system issues (unresponsive tenant, R-Server down, etc.)Attend Status meetings and provide an update on o9 Technical defects Experience with o9 Tenant and server sizingGood Knowledge of o9 proprietary language IBPL and RWorking knowledge of o9 solver configurationSupport batch runsAble to liaison with o9 product team on “out of the box” functionality and upcoming features per product roadmap Have deep understanding Data Structure used for Planning processes across various tool setsHe/she should be able to lead realignment and conversion of data between APO, o9 and Anuit/SAS, as well as the development of KPIs/reporting for data integration.Strong knowledge of DataBricks as key data integration tool.Some knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills in one or more languages like SQL, T-SQL with knowledge of DDL, DML, stored procedures, triggers and performance tuning
