The university has established collaborations with 575+ leading institutions across 80 countries, fostering a rich international learning environment within the Indian higher education landscapePrimary Work Location: University Campus, Sonipat (NCR of Delhi)Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop corporate partnerships to facilitate student placements and internship opportunities.Build and strengthen relationships with companies and recruiters to enhance campus hiring initiatives at JGU.Maintain and regularly update placement and internship data for the assigned School with accuracy and consistency.Cultivate relationships with industry professionals to support guest lectures, industry interactions, and career engagement activities.Track, monitor, and analyze placement and internship outcomes, including job offers and hiring trends.Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation related to placement and internship activities.Collaborate with faculty and students to design and implement placement and career development initiatives.Communicate effectively with students regarding opportunities, updates, and activities organized by the Office of Career Services (OCS).Qualifications and Skills:Master’s degree from a recognized institution.Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in placements, corporate relations, or talent acquisition.Strong understanding of industry trends, hiring practices, and employer expectations.Excellent networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with corporate partners and industry stakeholders.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data management capabilities.Proactive, student-centric mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
