Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) Consultant with 3–5 years of relevantexperience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in managing end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C)processes, including order capture, pricing, fulfilment, shipping, and invoicing.The candidate will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements,configure solutions within Oracle Fusion, and ensure smooth execution of order management processes.Key Responsibilities• Implement and support Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) solutions• Manage the complete order lifecycle from order entry to invoicing• Configure and maintain pricing, discounts, and order orchestration workflows• Set up and manage order approvals, holds, and credit check processes• Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documentation• Develop and maintain Order Management extensions (Groovy scripting)• Participate in CRP and UAT cycles, including testing and issue resolution• Perform data migration using FBDI and ADFDI tools• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration• Provide end-user training and post-go-live supportRequired Skills & Qualifications• 3–5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM, with strong focus on Order Management• Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes• Hands-on experience in OM configuration, pricing, and workflows• Basic knowledge of Groovy scripting and system extensions• Experience in testing (UAT/CRP) and user support• Familiarity with FBDI and ADFDI data upload tools• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
