We specialize in creating deeply personalized celebrations with a strong focus on detail, aesthetics, and seamless execution.Role Overview:This role is a core revenue-driving position.You will be responsible for managing the complete client journey—from the first enquiry to meeting, pitching, follow-ups, and closing the sale.You are not just handling leads—you are converting them into confirmed weddings.Key Responsibilities:Manage and respond to all incoming leads (Instagram, website, referrals, WhatsApp, calls)Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and intentSchedule and conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person)Present GDC’s services, approach, and value proposition confidentlyBuild strong emotional connection and trust with clients & familiesDrive sales conversions through structured pitching and negotiationHandle objections and guide clients toward decision-makingMaintain consistent and strategic follow-ups until closureKeep detailed records of leads, conversations, and status (CRM/tracker)Coordinate internally for smooth transition after bookingWork on improving scripts, pitch quality, and conversion ratesWho We’re Looking For:Passionate about weddings, events, and luxury experiencesStrong communication and presentation skillsConfident in client meetings and sales conversationsProven ability (or strong potential) to close dealsEmotionally intelligent and good at reading client behaviorHighly disciplined with follow-ups and pipeline managementOrganized, proactive, and ownership-drivenExperience in events, hospitality, luxury sales, or relationship management is a strong advantageWhat Will Set You Apart:You are comfortable asking for the sale and closing itYou don’t wait—you follow up smartly and consistentlyYou understand both emotions + numbers (budget, value, pricing)You take full ownership of your leads and targets
