This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate inventory visibility, minimizing discrepancies, and maintaining financial integrity through close collaboration with the Accounts team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and maintain accurate records of all inventory movements, including inbound and outbound stock across multiple channels such as warehouse, retail, and e-commerce platforms.Monitor and track customer orders from placement through dispatch to final delivery, ensuring data consistency and operational accuracy.Manage and maintain comprehensive records of returns, refunds, and exchanges, ensuring timely reconciliation with internal accounts and external payment systems.Conduct periodic inventory audits (both physical and system-based) to identify discrepancies, prevent stock loss, and ensure data integrity.Collaborate closely with the Accounts team to support accurate financial reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation of refunds and settlements.Perform detailed inventory analysis at a granular (SKU) level to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.Manage SKU-level tracking, including product categorization, tagging, and allocation to ensure efficient stock management.Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to streamline inventory flow and enhance operational efficiency.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailProficiency in inventory management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)Solid understanding of order lifecycle management and reconciliation processesExperience in audit processes and discrepancy resolutionEffective cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsAbility to manage large datasets and derive actionable insightsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in retail, e-commerce, or inventory-heavy operations environmentsFamiliarity with accounting principles and financial reconciliation processesEmployment Type : Full Time (Work From Office)Location: Andheri East
