Our culture is high-performance, high reward, and high impact - with “respect for individual” as a core value.For more information explore our website, What you’ll doPosition Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Engineer to lead new product development initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions, particularly in RF cable assemblies and data connector systems.Key Responsibilities: Drive development of High Frequency Cable & Data Connector Cable Assemblies, including FAKRA, Ethernet, RF, and HV connectors. Collaborate closely with customer engineering teams to understand design requirements and translate them into robust product solutions. Provide technical support to the business development team across design, validation, and product approval stages. Ensure adherence to automotive product development processes and timelines. Engage with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers for technical discussions and solution alignment. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including product specifications, application notes, and validation reports. Who you areStrong technical foundationCandidates should have a degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.Relevant experienceYou should have 3 to 8 years’ experience in automotive electronics, wire harnesses, or related components with specialization in automotive RF connectors and cablesTechnical Skills:Proficiency in CAD tools such as CREO and AutoCAD and exposure to wire harness design toolsProblem-solving skills:Problem solving with experience in customer issue resolution.
