Location: PuneExperience: Upto 6 Years Post-QualificationEducation: Chartered Accountant (CA)Industry: Real Estate IndustryThe Manager -Finance & Accounts will lead the financial operations of the organization, ensuring strong financial governance, compliance, reporting accuracy, and strategic financial planning. The role requires extensive experience Including in real estate finance, project accounting, taxation, and fund management.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & Reporting-Oversee end-to-end accounting operations as per Ind-AS and applicable real estate standards. Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Monitor project-wise accounting, revenue recognition (POC/Completed Contract), and cost allocation. Conduct variance analysis, MIS reporting, and financial dashboards for management. Preparation of consolidated financial statementsBudgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning-Lead annual budgeting process across all projects and departments. Prepare cash flow forecasts, fund flow statements, and financial projections. Track project budgets vs. actuals; highlight deviations and corrective actions.Taxation & Compliance-Manage Direct & Indirect Taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS).Ensure compliance with RERA, ROC filings, statutory audits, and internal audits. Liaise with tax consultants, statutory auditors, and regulatory bodies. Accountant, Lender’s Insurance advisor etc.Cost Control & Financial Governance-Implement strong internal controls, SOPs, and financial policies. Monitor procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and construction cost control process. Ensure vendor reconciliation, contractor billing verification & payment approvals.Team Management & Leadership-Lead and mentor finance & accounts team. Ensure skill development, training, and performance assessment of team membersStrategic Support: Provide financial insights for business decisions, project feasibility, pricing strategy, and cash flow optimization. Support management in business planning, investments, and risk assessment.Education and Skills & Competencies--Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory-Up to 6 (Real Estate industry experience preferred)-Strong knowledge of Real Estate finance and project accounting preferable -Excellent expertise in Ind-AS, GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act.-Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.-Leadership and stakeholder management skills.-Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally Prime / in4velocity).-Proven track record in financial planning, compliance, and project financing.-Problem solving & decision-making under pressure-Strong communication—written & verbal-Deadline-oriented, structured working approach-Ability to handle confidential information with maturity
