Join Finolex Industries Limited – We’re Hiring an Assistant General Manager - Treasury in Pune at our Corporate office in Baner!The Head (AGM) – Treasury will lead the organization’s treasury function, ensuring effective liquidity management, trade finance operations, compliance, and investor relations. The role demands strong expertise in financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and banking relationships to optimize cash flow, mitigate risks, and support strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLiquidity & Cash Flow ManagementEnsure adequate liquidity for short- and long-term business needs.Optimize deployment of surplus funds and minimize idle fund.Oversee fund planning, forecasting, collections, and vendor payments.Trade Finance & Banking OperationsSupervise issuance and management of Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Buyers Credit, and import/export payments.Manage foreign currency remittances (inward/outward) in compliance with FEMA/RBI guidelines.Coordinate with banks for cash management services, negotiate charges, and maintain strong banking relationships.Monitor IDPMS and regulatory compliance for trade transactions.Forex & Risk ManagementTrack daily forex fluctuations and provide analysis to management.Manage forward contracts, documentation, and compliance.Ensure timely MIS reporting of forex trades, balances, and exposures for decision-making.Investor & Analyst RelationsMaintain regular engagement with analysts and investors through meetings, calls, and conferences.Prepare presentations, competition benchmarking, and market intelligence reports for senior management.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to trade finance compliance, RBI/FEMA regulations, and bank covenants.Coordinate with credit agencies and support internal functions (SCM, Purchase, etc.).Oversee accounting, SAP updates, and reconciliation of bank charges.Innovation & Process ImprovementDrive IT initiatives in treasury for automation and efficiency.Required Qualifications & Experience:Chartered Accountant (CA)Minimum 10+ years of treasury experience with proven leadership in liquidity management, trade finance, and forex operations.Required Competencies:Strong knowledge of financial analysis, financial markets, and derivatives.Expertise in RBI/FEMA regulations.Hands-on experience in trade finance instruments (LC, BC, BG).Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Why Join Finolex Industries Limited?✨ A dynamic work environment with a rich legacy.✨ Exciting career growth opportunities in a future-oriented industry.✨ Fair employment conditions and a culture of mutual respect.✨ A collaborative environment that fosters innovation.
