This is a specialist role combining hands-on formulation expertise in epoxy resin and hardener systems with end-to-end R&D project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in reactive polymer chemistry, coating or adhesive systems, and the ability to independently drive a complex, multi-phase development project from concept through to commercial readiness and rolloutEncapsulated fasteners — screws, bolts, and threaded components coated with microencapsulated adhesive, sealant, or locking compounds — demand precision in formulation and application performance. You will own this project technically and organizationally, coordinating with raw material suppliers, production, quality, and commercial teams.We will also develop Formaldehyde Free & Biodegradable Encapsulation SystemQualificationsB.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Paint & Coatings Technology, or equivalent.3–5 years of hands-on R&D experience in epoxy formulation, adhesives, sealants, coatings, or reactive polymer systems.Proven ability to independently design, execute, and document formulation development experiments.Experience with epoxy resin chemistry — resin and hardener selection, stoichiometry, cure mechanism, and structure-property relationships.Familiarity with performance testing of adhesive or sealant systems — mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance characterization.Working knowledge of analytical instruments — DSC, TGA, rheometer, viscometer, particle size analyser.Strong project planning and organizational skills — ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and report progress clearly.Manage own time and prioritize project management in a fast paced role with timelines and deadlines.
