Job Title: Demand Generation Executive / Assistant Manager – Demand GenerationLocation: Navi Mumbai – Turbhe / (WFO model) Experience: 2– 5years Industry: BPO / BPM / IT Services Reports to: Demand Generation Manager / CSOJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Executive to support lead generation and pipeline-building initiatives for our AI & BPM services. This role will focus on executing campaigns, managing marketing tools, and supporting sales with qualified leads across domestic and international markets.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in B2B marketing and revenue-focused growth roles.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Lead GenerationSupport the execution of demand generation campaigns across email, digital channels, calling Assist in running lead generation programs, targeting prospective B2B clientsManage campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of activitiesMarketing Operations & ToolsCreate and manage email campaignsMaintain and update lead data in CRM systemsPerform basic lead scoring, segmentation, and list hygieneSales SupportCoordinate with Sales and SDR teams to ensure timely lead follow-upShare campaign performance updates and lead insights with sales teamsSupport sales enablement by distributing campaign assets and contentReporting & AnalyticsTrack key metrics such as leads, MQLs, open rates, click-through rates, and conversionsPrepare regular performance reports and dashboardsAssist in analysing what’s working and recommend improvementsRequired Skills & QualificationsExperience2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or lead generationExposure to IT services / BPO / SaaS / services marketing is a mandateTechnical & Marketing SkillsBasic understanding of B2B demand generation and sales funnelsHands-on experience or familiarity with: Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo, etc.)CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar)Digital marketing channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing)Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and dashboardsSoft SkillsStrong communication and coordination skillsDetail-oriented with good organisational abilitiesWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentEducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldDigital marketing or marketing automation certifications are a plusWhat We OfferHands-on exposure to B2B demand generation and revenue marketingOpportunity to work closely with sales and leadership teamsClear growth path into Demand Generation Manager or Growth Marketing rolesCompetitive compensation and learning-focused cultureTypical Career ProgressionDemand Generation Executive → Assistant Manager → Demand Generation Manager → Head of Growth / Marketing
