The AR Caller will be responsible for managing accounts receivables, communicating with insurance companies to resolve claims, handling revenue cycle processes, tracking outstanding payments, and following up on denials. The role will involve ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and contributing to financial performance goals.Experience Required: 1-2 yearsQualificationsProficiency in Accounts Receivable, Payment Posting, and Denial ManagementAbility to effectively handle communication with insurance companies and patientsSound understanding of U.S. healthcare billing processes, terminologies, and regulationsStrong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skillsDetail-oriented with excellent time management skills to meet deadlinesExperience with medical billing software and proficiency in MS Office SuiteMinimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatoryMinimum 1-2 years of experience in AR Calling/Medical Billing is a plus
