Greetings from Sloka IT SolutionsJob Title - UX ResourceJob Location - India Duration - Minimum of a year, and it can be extendedWorkplace - RemoteExperience - 10+ yearsKey Responsibilities:Lead the conceptualization and design of end-to-end user experiences, creating wireframes, interaction models, high-fidelity mockups, journey maps, service blueprints, process flows, and interactive prototypes based on SAP Fiori Design GuidelinesDrive experience consistency across multiple products by identifying dependencies, harmonizing patterns, and shaping shared UX solutions and reusable componentsSupport in analyzing user needs using qualitative and quantitative inputs, including user research findings, stakeholder insights, analytics, and usability dataFrame design problems thoughtfully and balance usability, accessibility, technical feasibility, and business requirements in complex enterprise environmentsAdvocate for the user while influencing product direction and prioritizationOwn UX scope, milestones, and deliverables in close collaboration with product managers, engineering teams, and UX lead.Facilitate design workshops, discovery sessions, and critiques to drive alignment and design excellencePresent, justify, and evolve design solutions with key stakeholders and customers, articulating design rationale with clarity and confidenceBuild trust and strong working relationships across internal teams and customer-facing interactionsParticipate in or lead design validation activities including design reviews and usability testing Required Skills & Experience:Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced component libraries, design systems, collaborative workflows, and developer handoffStrong grounding in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for complex enterprise or B2B applicationsProven experience working in agile, product-led development environmentsFluent in English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasivelyPrior customer-facing experience is a strong advantagePrior experience designing for SAP products, especially applications built using SAP FioriPrior experience in working with distributed teams will be an advantageIf interested, kindly share your updated CV with
