The role involves managing holiday and travel bookings, providing expert advice to clients, creating customized travel itineraries, and working closely with airlines and hotels to secure the best deals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, resolving travel-related queries promptly, and staying up-to-date with travel trends and regulations.
