Role Purpose: To manage end-to-end contract labour operations across the Pune region, ensuring statutory compliance, effective workforce deployment, and smooth HR operations for both on-roll and off-roll employees. To drive business outcomes through stakeholder management, project implementation, P&L understanding, and vendor governance.
