This role will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial discipline across the organization.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in an export-oriented business and be capable of handling end-to-end accounting and financial management.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the complete accounting function of the organizationEnsure timely finalization of books of accounts and financial statementsHandle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliancesManage export-related financial processes, including documentation and complianceMonitor cash flow, working capital, and financial planningCoordinate with auditors, consultants, and banking partnersImplement and maintain financial controls and processesProvide financial insights to support business decision-makingRequirementsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA)Minimum 5 years of industry experience, preferably in an export houseStrong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and complianceExperience in handling export documentation and international transactionsProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred BackgroundExperience in manufacturing or sports goods industryExposure to international business operationsFamiliarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)Personal AttributesHigh level of ownership and accountabilityDetail-oriented with strong accuracyStructured and process-driven approachAbility to manage and lead a teamHow to ApplyPlease share your CV at , subject line: CA – {Your Name}
