The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preparing high-quality working drawings with speed and accuracy, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.The role involves translating design concepts into detailed, execution-ready drawings while ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Working Drawings & Technical Documentation:Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projectsDevelop execution drawings including:Floor PlansReflected Ceiling Plans (RCP)Electrical & Lighting LayoutsJoinery & Cabinetry DetailsFlooring LayoutsElevations & SectionsDetailed Construction DrawingsEnsure all drawings are accurate, well-coordinated, and ready for on-site executionDeliver drawings within tight timelines while maintaining high-quality standardsTechnical Skills:Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)Strong expertise in working drawing productionKnowledge of joinery detailing and interior construction methodsUnderstanding of site execution and coordinationExperience with SketchUp / Revit / Photoshop is an added advantagePreferred Profile:Experience in interior design firms, architecture studios, or design-build companiesStrong site coordination and contractor management skillsAbility to work efficiently in fast-paced project environments
