Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions & Sales Lead based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing the admissions process, interacting with prospective students, and guiding them through the recruitment and enrollment processes. The Admissions & Sales Lead will also develop and implement sales strategies, ensure a positive customer service experience, and collaborate with the education team to meet enrollment targets. The role requires excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to build meaningful connections with potential students. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to build and nurture relationships effectivelyProven Sales expertise, with experience in student recruiting and achieving enrollment targetsFamiliarity with the Education sector and a passion for supporting students in achieving their learning goalsAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and adapt to a fast-paced working cultureBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Education, or a related fieldPrevious experience in admissions or educational program sales is advantageous
