Job PurposeThe role is responsible for leading strategic sourcing and supplier management for Packaging and Raw Materials within the FMCG environment, driving end-to-end cost optimization, value creation, and risk mitigation across the supply base. The position partners closely with Category Team Leadership (CTL), Manufacturing Groups (MG), Global Supply Chain, and key internal stakeholders to define and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives, sustainability goals, and procurement standards.Key tasks• Assists the CTL to develop a strategy for the entire CT spend involving the R-MGL/R-CTM, to define execution modalities after approval by MG. Ensures full documentation and traceability• Supports the CTL to include systematically into strategy definition E2E cost optimization in full interaction with G-SC• Contributes to deliver bottom line/top line results managing own spend/projects according to yearly/long term planning and upfront target defined with MGLs and KAMs; helps CTL to document all his/her decisions on suppliers• Gain and documents sustainably total value chain, industry and supply base insight/knowledge for selected spend• Conducts periodical risk assessment and designs and manages adequate countermeasures for selected spend• Defines and manages selected sustainable supplier portfolio; selects suppliers; establishes strategic supplier relationship where appropriate and manages it accordingly• Supports full delegation of back office jobs to GBS+ & develop best practices for e-sourcing with sustainable results• Ensures cross fertilization of knowledge and best practices sharing inside the CT but also across MG• Responsible for periodical progress measurement, accuracy of information and data, in-time delivery, audit conform documentation of all sourcing activities according to procurement standards.• Proactive steering of agreement portfolioQualification, Years of Experience & Required Skills• Bachelor or above degree.• 5 - 7 years of packaging or raw material strategic sourcing experience in FMCG industry.• Source-to-Pay• E-procurement• Strategic sourcing• Supplier evaluation• Fluent in English, and Korean or Japanese speaker will be nice to have.• Excellent people and project management skills, proven change-mgt. strengths, communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
