Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Interior Engineer with a strong foundation in Interior Designing and hands-on expertise in AutoCAD. The role involves detailed design development, coordination with project teams, and execution support for interior projects, ensuring alignment with design intent, technical specifications, and site requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed interior drawings including layouts, working drawings, joinery details, elevations, and sections using AutoCADTranslate design concepts into accurate construction and shop drawingsCoordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors for design executionReview drawings, samples, and material specifications to ensure design complianceSupport site teams during execution by issuing drawings, revisions, and clarificationsAssist in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and material coordinationEnsure adherence to quality standards, design specifications, and timelinesCoordinate with MEP consultants to ensure seamless integration with interior designMaintain proper documentation and drawing recordsRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and detailingAbility to read and interpret architectural and interior drawingsKnowledge of site execution processes and construction practicesBasic understanding of MEP coordination for interiorsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesEducational QualificationBachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architecture / Civil EngineeringAdditional certification in drafting or design software is an advantageExperienceMinimum 10+ years of experience in interior design execution or engineeringExperience in high end - commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality interiors preferredSoftware KnowledgeAutoCAD – MandatorySketchUp / 3Ds Max / Photoshop – Preferred but not mandatoryMS Excel, MS Word
