The analyst will partner with PMs,engineers, data science, UX, and GTM teams to design experiments, define success, buildreliable metrics and dashboards, and translate mixed-method research into prioritized productrecommendations. This is an execution-first role: own analyses, instrumentation checks, cohortwork, experiment review, and core analytics tooling maintenance while helping scalemeasurement practices across products.What you’ll do● Support product measurement across all products: Work with the Product Analyticsteam and product teams to translate strategy into OKRs, hypotheses, and a practicalmetric set (adoption, engagement, and business impact).● Design & analyze experiments: Own experiment setup, power calculations, metricdefinitions, and post-test analysis for A/B tests and quasi-experimental designs.● Product analytics & tooling: Build and maintain repeatable datasets, dashboards, andreports (Looker/Fullstory). Validate event instrumentation and help standardize eventschemas and metric definitions. Maintain FullStory (administration, session replayhygiene, segment management, and collaboration with teams to ensure useful sessiondata).● Business strategy partnership with PMs: Act as a strategic analytics partner toproduct managers — help translate company and product strategy into measurableobjectives, prioritize initiatives based on impact and effort, identify leading indicators thatlink product activity to business outcomes, and present tradeoffs and recommendationsthat inform roadmaps.● Mixed-methods research: Combine quantitative analysis (funnels, cohorts,time-to-action, conversion metrics) with qualitative research (usability tests, stakeholderinterviews) to surface root causes and product opportunities.● Cross-functional partnership: Communicate findings clearly to PMs, engineering, UX,data science, sales, and CS. Help teams prioritize experiments and operationalizesuccessful changes.● Operationalize best practices: Help document and scale measurement standards andexperiment playbooks so product teams can move faster with consistent metrics andClarity.What we’re looking for (required)● 2–5 years in product analytics, data analysis, or experimentation in a B2B SaaSenvironment.● Strong analytical judgment and business-strategy thinking. Able to frame analyses interms of product and company goals and advise PMs on prioritization and tradeoffs.● Comfortable with SQL and able to produce reproducible datasets..● Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and other causal evaluation methods.● Experience maintaining or administering product observability tools (FullStory orequivalent) and creating dashboards/reports in Looker/Power BI/Tableau.● Clear communicator who can present technical analysis in a concise, collaborative wayand translate findings into strategic recommendations.Nice-to-haves● Familiarity with instrumentation platforms and downstream data pipelines.● Prior work with data science teams on model evaluation and monitoring.
