Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with strong expertise in the Global HR module and at least one additional module (preferably AMEA Payroll or Absence). This role requires hands-on experience in client workshops, solution design, configuration, and data migration to Oracle Cloud.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client workshops, solution design, and configuration activities.Work on data migration to Oracle Cloud and ensure smooth transitions.Manage migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environments.Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch priorities effectively.Play a customer-facing role, ensuring strong client engagement and satisfaction.Participate in at least two full-cycle implementation projects.Travel as required for business needs.Work flexibly across different time zones to align with client schedules.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong understanding of Oracle Cloud Global HR module.Experience with AMEA Payroll or Absence module preferred.Knowledge of Oracle Cloud data migration processes.Proven track record in at least two implementation projects.Ability to manage client-facing responsibilities with professionalism.Flexibility to travel and adapt to global time zones.
