The role involves working closely with product, engineering, and business teams to develop scalable data solutions, enhance customer experience, and optimize operations.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & InsightsAnalyze large structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insightsIdentify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performanceSupport decision-making through data-backed recommendationsMachine Learning & Model DevelopmentBuild, train, and deploy machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering, recommendation systems)Continuously monitor and improve model performanceWork on use cases like customer segmentation, churn prediction, and personalizationData Engineering & PipelinesDesign and implement scalable data pipelines and workflowsEnsure data quality, reliability, and accessibilityCollaborate with engineering teams for production deploymentExperimentation & Performance TrackingConduct A/B testing and experiments to improve product featuresTrack key metrics and evaluate impact of data-driven initiativesBuild dashboards and reports for stakeholdersAI & InnovationExplore and implement AI/LLM-based solutionsStay updated with advancements in AI, ML, and analyticsIdentify opportunities to automate processes and enhance efficiencyQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field2–5 years of experience in Data Science / Analytics (can adjust based on role)Experience with ML models, data handling, and analytics toolsExposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools is a plus
